15 beetroot seeds in the ground (all duly soaked)
a dozen or so sunflower seeds into the main vege patch
That took two minutes and the remaining three were devoted to showing K10 and K8 where to plant the rest of the sunflowers and some sweet peas (the flower sort)

That’s what we had on our fresh bread for lunch yesterday. Sauteed with lots of garlic and onion, then tossed in a spoonful of sour cream. Mmmmmmmm. I never knew just how bright green broad beans were!
