At the supermarket I made the unusual-for-us, but almost-necessary-when-you-consider-the-cost of-fresh-produce-at-this-time-of-year (and the sorry state of my hardly producing garden) decision to buy Peas In A Plastic Bag. T3 watched with interest as I placed them in the trolley, and then asked, “Mama, please may I help you shell them when we get home?”

I did! And they’re right, I was.
Somehow I got sidetracked pulling weeds in the vege garden….and when one plot was done it only seemed right to do the other one too. I hope the silverbeet I uncovered don’t die of [...]

Trying to switch to WordPress.com because Sarah said it was best.
It’s taken a few days, but I think I’ve done it!
I love having a photo of *my* garden at the top of the page, instead of Blogger’s Green!
